So much spam.

How are we getting all this spam? I just cleared 217 messages, and every single one of them was processed meat. How is this even possible?! We don’t have that many real people visiting.

Well, anyway…

NEWS:

Sad Wings of Destiny was accepted for publication and editing is now complete. Currently working on House of Cthulhu, and editing someone else’s novel for fun and profit. I have no earthly idea what else is going on. I’m sure there’s more… positively positive. I just don’t know what it is.

Also, David Seidman’s cover artwork for Lords of Night will be featured in Spectrum 20, by Spectrum Fantastic Art. HOOHAW!

The more things change…

We’re all new and shiny, but I have some work to do on how the stories (mine, specifically) will be laid out and presented to make ‘em easier to navigate and read. I think there’s a couple of problems with out-of-date links, but I’ll get to ‘em.

New stories are not far away, and there may be some updating and revision of old stories to tie in with all those other projects I claim to be working on. I hate to use the word “retcon”… so I won’t.

(Nothing too harsh. Confía en mí.)

Yes Sir, Yes Sir, Three… Quarters Full

Category: Uncategorized Comments: No comments

Vampire Sky (Io #2) has just reached the three-quarter mark. HOOHAW! As I mentioned before, to celebrate completion, I will post the opening chapter of Before the Dawn.

There is a new blog up here, wherein I interview Dave Dunwoody.

Rob and I are each working on monster hunter short stories for an as-of-yet undisclosed anthology. Beware!

DT NEWS

Rob tells me the next installment of The Book of Falling is almost ready to start up. Let’s hear it for “Wayward Son,” everybody!

Also, I’ve just this week discovered that my shadowy agency, the Temhota Group, is a misnomer. I was working off handwritten notes when I wrote that in the first time and confused an N for an H. It is now, correctly, the Temnota Group. Bad handwriting will be the death of me.

Also in DT-related news, Vampire Sky (the second Io book) is over the 50% mark. To celebrate, later this month I will post the first chapter of Before the Dawn (the first Io book) in its entirety.

Non-DT NEWS

Sad Wings of Destiny is being edited by D.L. Snell. Also, I’ve finished a story with Matthew Baugh, a crossover extravaganza for an upcoming Tales of the Shadowmen...

Five Years Running…

Category: Uncategorized Comments: No comments

It was Valentine’s Day, 2008, when Rob and I decided “what the hell?” and brought Dark Tomorrow to the wild and wily  World Wide Web. In that time, we’ve posted several installments of our own ever-growing worlds, as well as bringing other authors into the fold, people who were willing and able to play in our respective sandboxes.

Both of us have grown as authors, and our endeavors have expanded to include multiple published works. We wouldn’t be here without the constant support (and sharp poking sticks) of our great friends on the Internet and in our lives. Thank you to everybody who has kept us on-task and on our toes.

More to come, people. More to come. Watch this space.

Well, ported the old website over to WordPress. So hey, if you see something all FUBAR, slide on over to the CONTACT page and let me know about it. You can let Rob know about it, if you like, but all he’s going to do is let me know about it. So just let me know about it. Ayuh.
